This Privacy Policy applies to the information that Dwarkadhish Technologies a Dwarka based Partnership Firm providing services on a “As-Is Basis” under the name “Geek Crunch Hosting” hereinafter and elsewhere known as (“Geek Crunch Hosting”), collects through https://geekcrunchhosting.com and other websites, online features, applications and widgets owned or controlled by Geek Crunch Hosting and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy only covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected offline by Geek Crunch Hosting (unless specifically stated otherwise) and does not apply to the services we provide to clients.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) between the Parties to which this Service Level Agreement is attached, Geek Crunch Hosting will provide Customer with a level of service consistent with the principles expressed in this Service Level Agreement. To the extent that Geek Crunch Hosting does not provide the Services at the levels set forth in this Service Level Agreement, and Customer is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (including the Acceptable Use Policy), Geek Crunch Hosting will credit Customer’s account in an amount as provided in this SLA, reflecting percentages of the monthly fees Customer pays to Geek Crunch Hosting for the affected Services (each an “SLA Credit”).
This legally binding Master Services Agreement (the “MSA” or “Agreement”) is by and between Dwarkadhish Technologies, a Dwarka based limited liability company providing services on a “As-Is Basis” under the name “Geek Crunch Hosting” hereinafter and elsewhere known as (“Geek Crunch Hosting”), and the Customer purchasing the agreed upon services (“Services”) hereinafter known as (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date Customer purchases Services from Geek Crunch Hosting.
“Black Listing” occurs when a Third Party service (e.g. Spamhaus) determines, in its discretion, that a Geek Crunch Hosting issued IP address is a frequent source of unsolicited E-mail. Black Listing result in the IP address (or multiple IP addresses in the same IP range) being rendered unable to send E-mail to certain Third Parties. If an IP address assigned or used by Customer or any Customer End User is found to be Black Listed, Geek Crunch Hosting may suspend or terminate the Services immediately, and without obligation to refund, without prior notice.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement (the “MSA”) between the Parties and the Dwarkadhish Technologies services provided under any of its Brand Geek Crunch Hosting Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) which binds the Customer with respect to the intellectual property of others.
